Whenever St. Patrick’s Day approaches I am reminded of an artistic song writer we used to have on staff. So in his memory (he’s not dead, just out of earshot) we dedicate this brew. We took our stout, already full bodied and rich with layers of roast, chocolate and subtle hops, and let it cold age on dark roasted coffee beans and added vanilla beans to round it out with a bit o’ sweetness. Kick his ass, Cbass!
